The 'American Idol' season is sadly coming to an end. In Episode 36, Candice Glover and Kree Harrison sang their hearts out in their last performances on the singing competition's stage.

The two finalists sang three songs each: one chosen by the show's creator Simon Fuller, the other was the "winner's single" and the last included the contestant's favorite song of the season.

Candice Glover's first two performances were exceptional as always. She sang Adele's 'Chasing Pavements' and Christina Aguilera's 'I Am Beautiful.' But her last, Shirley Bassey's 'I (Who Have Nothing),' was mind-blowing and received the millionth well-deserved standing ovation of the season.

"You have an undeniable talent. It surpasses even what I imagined I could see here," Mariah Carey said about Candice's performance.

Kree Harrison gave three pretty good performances. She is a beautiful girl with a wonderful voice, but it's very hard to stand up next to a powerhouse singer like Candice.

She sang Sara McLachlan's 'Angel,' dressed in a beautiful all-white gown and looked quite breathtaking. She also performed Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam's 'All Cried Out' and Patty Griffin's 'Up to the Mountain.'

"All three of your songs tonight showcased your beautiful voice and your beautiful soul," Nicki Minaj said about the 'Idol' finalist she nicknamed Kreedom.
