California girl Erika Ramirez heads the Juice section of Billboard.com, which features the bulk of the site's urban music coverage. Her tweets though are R&B heavy -- insightful, honest and indicative of her cheery personality -- even when ripping an artist's lead single to shreds.

Ramirez is always in the know about what's new, what's hot and what should've been left in the studio. She recently tweeted, "mindless behavior's "keep her on the low" goes like this: "Even though I got a girlfriend, I wanna keep em both." ugh. really though?" Then: "cause that sends out a good message to youngins, especially girls. ugh."
