Young Jeezy – Artists With an Executive Title on Their Resume

Young Jeezy has had his own imprint for years. The Georgia native spearheaded the business side of rap with the inception of his company, Corporate Thugz Entertainment, since 2001, when he he dropped his independent LP, 'Thuggin' Under the Influence (T.U.I.).' Jizzle may not have been rocking a three-piece suit too often in those days but he may have to bulk up on the dress pieces now as he's been named Atlantic Records' senior vice president of A&R. Jeezy accepted the position back in August of last year but recently he brought his CTE team with him to Atlantic as well. In 2013, the Snowman is looking a lot more "corporate" than "thug," and we couldn't be prouder.
