Rapper Wiz Khalifa was arrested at LAX on Saturday (Aug. 22) after he refused to get over his hoverboard.

The bizarre incident happened at the Los Angeles International airport when Wizzy was returning from performing in Finland. According to a series of posts from the rapper’s Instagram and Twitter accounts, he was slammed to the ground and handcuffed by airport security when confronted on his hoverboard.

Apparently, Wiz was riding his gold-plated segway in the airport when U.S. Customs Officers approached him and ultimately placed him in custody. These scooters are very popular toy among kids and adults. However, riding them in a busy airport like LAX can be dangerous.

In the video clips, you can see the "Black and Yellow" rapper being taken to the ground and handcuffed. An officer can be heard yelling at Khalifa to “stop resisting” followed by the rapper repeatedly replying, “I’m not resisting sir, I’m not resisting sir.”

Afterward, Khalifa went on Twitter and wrote, “Haven’t been slammed and cuffed in a while. That was fun.”

There's no word if the Taylor Gang leader was charged with anything. The 27-year-old rhymer did post a few photos on Instagram to show his fans that he's okay and wasn't injured during his arrest. He did offer one mental note, "We need more love."
