One of rap's buzziest newcomers, Trinidad James has officially signed an exclusive major label deal with Def Jam.

Known for his catchy track 'All Gold Everything,' which has become a viral sensation, the 25-year-old Atlanta rapper also inked a deal for a joint venture with his Gold Gang Records. He reportedly cashed in on a cool $2 million as well. "Def Jam, thank you for believing," James states.

The rhymer, who's been actively rapping for 10 months, recently dropped a new mixtape titled ‘Don’t Be S.A.F.E. (Sensitive as F— Everyday).’
