Since The-Dream's last album, 'Terius Nash: 1977,' he's kept busy collaborating with the likes of Beyonce and Rihanna on their new albums. But he's back to focus on himself.

The crooner, in high demand as a proven hit-making songwriter, will finally put out an official new project in 2013. 'Love IV MMXII' is set to feature new tracks with Pusha T, Timbaland and his Radio Killa artist Casha.

The-Dream recently re-released '1977' for his fans. As he looks to balance out his songwriting and artist duties, 'Love IV' will see a March debut. A tentative tracklist for the LP -- with titles like 'Thirsty,' 'P----' and 'IV Play' -- was revealed at a studio session last month.
