Solange made a return to the 'Late Show with David Letterman' Wednesday (Feb. 27) and performed her melodic ballad 'Don't Let Me Down,' from her latest EP 'True.'

The R&B mom wore a polka dot mini-dress as she gave a soulful performance with her collaborator Devonte Hynes dancing in the background on guitar. The set was also complimented with a wonderful rhythm section that consisted of angelic background singers, a drummer and a bass guitarist.

Solange's performance was so majestic that Letterman suggested that he and her band hit the road together. "And then backstage, there'll be horseplay," he joked, to which Solange replied, "I'm down with that."

The 'Losing You' songbird is actually on tour. Solange will perform in New York on March 6 before hitting a few U.S. cities including New Orleans and Houston. Check out her full itinerary here.
