The always fashionable Solange is the cover subject of Fader magazine's Spring Style issue.

The singer has been making waves recently with her upbeat single, 'Losing You,' which seems to be everyone's favorite sing-a-long anthem.

On the February/March 2013 cover, Beyonce's sister wears a grey-and-royal blue sweater with a burgundy tumbled leather skirt and royal blue sneakers. The outfit is perfect for spring and represents Sol's evanescent style.

In the interview, Solange talks about her new EP, 'True,' which is a care-free collection of songs she created with producer Dev Hynes. While her career path is uniquely different from that of her famous sister, she still maintains a normalcy that revolves around her young son.

“In all aspects of my career, simplicity is so key,” she says. “I think it has a lot to do with how much the quality of my life has improved since Julez started school, which pretty much implemented a schedule and a lifestyle that revolves around a nine-to-five hour."

Solange is also grateful for the positive response she's received for her 'True' EP, which she says represents growth from her 2008 album, 'Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams.'

"[In] four years, there’s been so much artistic growth, so much growth just as a woman in [my] 20s, but especially as an artist," she admits. "You’re exposed to so much more from age 21 to 26, and you sure as hell care a lot less. It’s been a little weird, for me, getting feedback -- the last album was so different from this one. I am like, Yeah, I was 20 when I started writing it. Is that supposed to be shocking? If it sounded similar, that would be really strange."

Fader's Spring Style issue, featuring Solange on the cover, hits newsstands on Feb. 19.
