R&B superstar Rihanna will appear on not one, not two, not three, not four, but seven, that's right, seven covers for Complex magazine's February/March 2013 issue. So why seven? Well, because she just dropped her seventh album 'Unapologetic.'

That would make sense considering the 'Diamonds' songbird hasn't appeared on the cover of Complex since the June/July 2007 issue. The editors went all out to profile RiRi in the upcoming magazine.

They enlisted photographer Zoe McConnell to shoot seven different covers each representing her seven albums -- from her 2005 debut 'Music of the Sun' to her new LP 'Unapologetic.' There's also a collection of Polaroid selfies that Rihanna shot herself, which pretty much explains why she is the most photogenic queen of Instagram.

Speaking of which, in her interview with Complex's assistant editor Soo-Young Kim, the 24-year-old singer remains unapologetic about exposing so much of herself on the photo sharing site.

"It's narcissistic, but whatever -- everyone does it," she says. "I'm capturing personality… Everybody has their thing they like or don't like to see. It's all in your head. That's why people take their own pictures, because it's difficult for someone else to capture what you seek."

The accompanying feature also chronicles her 777 Tour and the mutiny that occurred by the media onboard the 777 jet. As for discussing her relationship with Chris Brown, RiRi simply says, "It's nobody's business."

Rihanna would much rather talk about her latest album, which is her first No. 1 album in her entire career. The singer describes it as her most honest collection to date. "When I was making this record I had no intention except the truth. So whatever is there is real. It's raw," she says. "That's why the album is called 'Unapologetic.' I held back before. I didn't show a lot of myself. I was very guarded, I needed to be open and free and fearless. Basically say, 'F--- it.' What's the worst that can happen? They'll hate me? They've done that before."

Finally, Rihanna couldn't be more happy with the response of the set's first single, 'Diamonds.' Many of her Team Navy supporters liken it to 'Umbrella' because it's so inspirational. "It was so inspiring and uplifting," she says of the Sia-penned ballad. "It was giving me hope, that song. I was tired of angry love songs. Love doesn't always have to be about breakups, and 'We're never going to be together again.' It could be sweet. It could be, 'Hell yeah! We're diamonds!'"

Complex magazine's February/March 2013 issue, featuring Rihanna, hits newsstands next week.
