February is a busy month, with Black History Month, Super Bowl, the Grammys and Valentine's Day all squeezed into these 28 days.

But there is a good mix of R&B and hip-hop being delivered, which is worth your attention as well; some from a few newcomers as well as veterans.

From Azealia Banks' debut, 'Broke With Expensive Taste,' to Avant's seventh studio album, 'Face the Music,' there's enough variety to play through this month.

Joe Budden is in the public eye being the main artist featured on this season of VH1's 'Love & Hip Hop.' His fifth studio album, 'No Love Lost,' drops in the heat of the show and will either add to his buzz or make it fizzle away.

Singer Bilal will be releasing his fourth studio album, 'A Love Surreal,' before the month ends. His first single, 'Back to Love', has a jazzy feel, which is a foreshadowing of some solid tunes expected on the forthcoming LP.
