Nas was hospitalized earlier today, putting a damper on a busy week full of his usual interviews.

According to Rap-Up.com, the Don checked into the ER with vertigo after landing from a  flight. He was scheduled to perform on 'Live! with Kelly and Michael,' but his situation caused him to cancel. The show's hosts announced that he would no longer be appearing.

WebMD defines vertigo as a balance disorder with symptoms of lightheartedness and dizziness. This may also result in nausea and vomiting.

The 'Life Is Good' creator informed his fans that he was doing fine and that the situation wasn't too serious. “Peace y’all. I’m out of the ER & doin alright. I’m on bed rest for a few. Apologies to everyone @ Live w/ Kelly & Michael. I’ll make it up,” Nas tweeted.

We wish Nas a speedy recovery.

The 39-year-old also needs to keep in good health so that he can be in attendance at the Grammy's next month. He has four nominations, including Best Rap Album for 'Life Is Good.'
