Macklemore and Ryan Lewis brought their energetic stage show to 'Conan' Thursday (April 4), where they performed their anthemic hit, 'Can't Hold Us,' from the gold-certified album, 'The Heist.'

Along with Lewis on the turntables, Macklemore was backed by a brass section and a few backup dancers. The Seattle rhyme-slinger was dressed in a long, drum major-style trench coat, white T-shirt, jeans and Air Jordan sneakers.

The 'Thrift Shop' rapper hopped, danced and jumped frantically across the stage to get the audience moving to the fist-pumping groove. Macklemore then jumped on top of the turntables to lead the crowd in a unified soul clap while crooner Ray Walton sang the chorus, "Here we go back / This is the moment / Tonight's the night / We'll fight till it's over / And so we put our hands up / Like the ceiling can't hold us."

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis have a lot to clap about. Their song 'Thrift Shop' notched a 12th consecutive week atop the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, setting a new record for the longest-running No. 1 rap song in the chart's history. The track surpassed DJ Khaled's chart reign with 'I'm On One,' which spent 11 weeks at the top spot in 2011.

It looks like nothing can hold Macklemore down.
