VH1's 'Love & Hip Hop' returns to its New York roots with an all-new cast and trailer.

From heartache and pain to climbing the ladder to riches and fame, the docu-soap follows a new cast for a third season. New faces include Tahiry, a video vixen and Joe Budden's former flame; Winter Ramos, Fabolous' former assistant; Rashidah Ali, a shoe consultant; and Jen "The Pen" Bayer, a radio personality. Budden and fellow rapper Consequence also add to the mix of newcomers on the show.

Old faces like singer Olivia and manager Rich Dollaz will return this season and from the looks of it, there will be plenty of backstabbing and jealousy to go around.

The new season premieres Mon., Jan. 7 at 8/7c on VH1.
