February is proving to be good for Joe Budden.

The numbers for album sales are in for the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Album charts. And Joe Budden has earned a top spot for his recent opus.

Joey achieved his first No. 1 album with 'No Love Lost,' released last week. The effort sold 30,000 units according to Nielsen SoundScan. This was the rapper's fifth studio album.

Besides being the standout star in this season of VH1's 'Love & Hip Hop' the New Jersey native also released an album with his Slaughterhouse rap crew last year, 'Welcome to: Our House,' which has kept his name buzzing in the hip-hop scene.

Elsewhere on the chart, veteran singer Avant returned to R&B with his seventh studio album, 'Face the Music,' which pushed 14,000 copies last week and scored the No. 7 spot.

This debut was much higher than his last LP, 'The Letter,' which peaked at No. 19 on the chart in 2010. The first singe off of 'Face the Music,' 'You and I' featuring 'R&B Divas' star Keke Wyatt, is currently holding down its spot at No. 3 on the Adult R&B airplay chart.
