Jim Jones Vamps Out on Baauer’s ‘Harlem Shake’

It looks like Baauer's viral hit 'Harlem Shake' will go down as the most remixed song of 2013. Adding to the list of artists who flipped the electronic track is Harlem's own Jim Jones.

The Dipset rapper rides the bass-heavy beat and wonky synthesizers with his sexualized rhymes. "I'm the bomb like C4 / I hope you heard what the bitches said / Up and down like a see saw / Then hopped off and kiss the head," he raps.

On the chorus, a chipmunk voice comes in and chants, "I'm hella straight / And I just got paid / I'ma hit the club / And I'ma get laid."

Despite his sophomoric rhymes, Jones is just repping for his New York hometown. "If it says Harlem on it, then we on it," he raps.

Jones' 'Harlem Shake' follows behind Pitbull's version, in which he takes a dig at Lil Wayne for his remarks about his beloved city of Miami. Fellow Harlemite Azealia Banks also remixed Baauer's song and released a sexy video along with it.
