Nine-year-old rapper Lil Poopy is in deep doo-doo with authorities after child abuse complaints were filed against his father for promoting his sexually suggestive rap videos.

The video in question is Poopy's clip for 'Coke Ain't a Bad Word,' which flips French Montana's 'Pop That' song. In the video, the fourth grader is seen holding stacks of money, smacking a woman's booty and rapping, "Coke is not a bad word, it's only Coca-Cola."

According to Enterprise News, police in Brockton, Mass., are investigating whether the boy is being properly cared for by his father, Luis Rivera. “It’s a bit much for a 9-year-old. It warrants the attention of the Department of Children and Families," said police Lt. David Dickinson.

After viewing multiple videos on Lil Poopy's YouTube channel, police filed a "51A," which is a report to allow child services to investigate alleged child abuse or neglect of a child under the age of 18. Police started their investigation after seeing a profile on Lil Poopy (real name Luie Rivera, Jr.) in the Enterprise News.

According to the article, Lil Poopy was discovered by French Montana a year ago while at his father’s recording studio in Brockton. He became an honorary member of his Coke Boy posse.

His father, who says Poopy makes about $7,500 per concert appearance, doesn't see what the fuss is all about regarding his son's videos and music. “I’ll call my lawyer first thing in the morning," he said when told that a complaint had been filed against him. "He’s not doing anything wrong. He’s acting."

Now while Lil Poopy's father claims that his videos are done in jest, we have to say that most of them are totally inappropriate for a 9-year-old boy. Lil Poopy is rapping adult themes in some of the clips, which is alarming and offensive. We can see why child services is being called on his parents.

Having said that, Lil Poopy is a very talented rapper and there's nothing wrong with fostering his talent in the rap game. But slow it down with the sexually suggestive videos and let Lil Poopy be a kid.
