Ice Cube Performs ‘It Was a Good Day’ on ‘Jimmy Fallon’

Ice Cube is back. The veteran Cali rapper took the stage on ‘Late Night with Jimmy Fallon’ and performed his No. 1 Billboard rap hit ‘It Was a Good Day’ with the assistance of the Roots.

Dressed in all black, Cube commanded the crowd to wave their peace signs in the air in between the verses. With live instrumentation, the performance included the song it sampled, the Isley Brothers‘ track ‘Footsteps in the Dark.’

Cube will be dropping his 10th studio album, ‘Everythang’s Corrupt,’ next year.
