Although smoking up is a well-known activity in Amsterdam, Chris Brown took it to another level with this image.

Not only did he just post one photo on his once live Instagram account, Brown and his friends documented the event with a series of photos including one of him lighting a bong with a hand torch. While we won't judge his recreational choices, maybe he should have refrained from publicizing so much of the evidence.
