Going for the Elton John Look – Chris Brown’s ‘Why?’ Moments

Chris Brown has been known to get spiffy on the red carpet, and this event was no surprise. When he attended the 21st Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party, he decided to get all fancy like the legendary 'Tiny Dancer' with a grey and black cheetah print jacket and round glasses that kind of looked like they belonged to Mr. Magoo.

While we get the eccentric style he's going for here, it's just one of those times we wonder why he left the house like that.
