Drake has high aspirations for his music career and one day, hopes to be the next Marvin Gaye.

"I have aspirations to be Marvin Gaye," he tells MTV News. The rapper explains that he'll be embracing more singing on his forthcoming album, 'Nothing Was the Same,' and wants it to be better than his previous LP, 'Take Care.' "'Take Care' is a great album, but I listened to it and realized where I could do better and I think I've done better on this album. I just want to sing the world's triumphs and problems on one record."

When he isn't singing your triumphs and problems, he's taking over your video game system. The avid soccer fan is featured in the new commercial for FIFA 14. In the clip, Drake appears with several other video gamers in the middle of the desert, sitting on their respective couches and the like as they're pulled by bikes and other vehicles while playing the game. No clue on how Drizzy will be contributing to the EA soccer game.

'Nothing Was the Same' arrives Sept. 24.
