Drake is soon becoming a man of many talents. The rapper-singer-actor has a new job working for his hometown basketball team, the Toronto Raptors. He'll serve as a host, business partner and consultant for the sports team.

The Toronto Star reports that Drake, who just released his third studio album, 'Nothing Was the Same,' last week, will leverage his celebrity to help his beloved team rebrand its image. “The real goal here is to build up the Toronto Raptors,” Drake shared on ESPN's 'First Take' recently.

Just like Jay Z and the Brooklyn Nets, the Raptors want to tap into Drake's fame in a variety of ways to build up buzz. Some early ideas being shared include the OVO leader hosting festivities and parties, launching a clothing line with the team and consulting on how best to update the Raptors' image around its upcoming 20th anniversary.

The hip-hop and sports partnership will kick off today with an official announcement.
