Chris Brown, Rihanna Domestic Violence Incident Inspires ‘Law & Order: SVU’ Episode

Law & Order SVU

It’s been four years since the Chris Brown and Rihanna debacle that landed the ‘Fortune’ singer in jail and the Bajan princess beaten.

And although it’s pretty obvious that these days the two are back together and enjoying their coupledom once again, writers from the crime drama show ‘Law & Order: SVU’ have decided to capitalize on the event. An episode titled ‘Funny Valentine’ has been created that looks very close to the events that happened in February 2009.

The names have been changed, and the couple hardly look like Brown and Rihanna. However, the story is too similar to what happened years ago. Of course, the show’s writers try to add a twist in order to shake things up. And by the end of the episode’s trailer, it looks more like ‘Man Down’ than the love fest the real couple are involved in at the moment.

The episode airs Feb. 27 on NBC.
