Chris Brown threw a quick lyrical shot at Drake on Young Jeezy's just-released DJ Mustard remix of 'R.I.P.,' which also features Y.G. and Kendrick Lamar.

The song starts off cool with Jeezy throwing a low-key diss aimed at MTV's "Hottest MCs" List. "Trap star bitch, spell it with a big T / Give a damn if I never be a hottest MC / Cause I'm a hood n----, I'm first on everybody list," he raps. Then YG and K.Dot spit some cool verses before Brown comes in and throws his zinger at Drizzy.

"OK, now dearly departed, I bought a plane I departed / And if you started from the bottom go on and come out the closet," he spits.

It’s pretty clear that diss was for Drake alluding to the lyrics of his song ‘Started From the Bottom.’ More directly, it was in response to the Young Money superstar's shot at Breezy on '5AM in Toronto.' "Bad press during the summer over allegations / I ain’t lyin’, my n----, my time is money / That’s why I ain’t got time for a n---- whose time is comin’,” he raps.

This probably won't be the last of Brown and Drake's tit-for-tat on songs. We have to admit it makes things interesting between the two gentlemen. As long as they keep it on wax -- and don't start tossing champagne bottles -- it's no harm, no foul.
