Chief Keef's debut album, 'Finally Rich,' arrives today but the 17-year-old Chicago rap star isn't making noise for his brand of rhymes.

Mr. 'Love Sosa' just can't seem to put the guns down, as pictured in a recent Instagram photo he published. Granted he's in the holiday spirit, decked out in Santa gear, but the rapper obviously isn't trying to be the picture of moral support for the victims of last week's Newtown, Conn., school shooting.

Plus, he could be violating his probation yet again -- not to mention degrading his female fan base in the process with the "These bitches love Santa" tag line. Hopefully the military-style rifle he's toting in the photo isn't real, or it's likely prosecutors could argue he's violating the terms of his probation a second time.

He's reportedly set to appear in a juvenile court in the coming weeks for holding a rifle at a New York shooting range during an interview with Pitchfork Media earlier this year.

Known for his Kanye West-assisted hit 'I Don't Like,' Keef's been in the public eye this year for his tracks as well as his antics, which include mocking the death of a fellow Chicago rapper he was rumored to have beef with.
