It’s Amber Rose’s Tattoo!

This portrait tattoo belongs to Amber Rose! The model -- and sometimes recording artist -- showed off her tattoo while rocking this black-and-white dress last month on the red carpet at the premiere of Universal Pictures' 'Fast & Furious 6' in Universal City, Calif.

Her ink is inspired by her mother and to accompany this one, she also has a tattoo of her beloved dogs right above it.

And even though you can't see it in this picture, Rose also has a tattoo of her soon-to-be husband, Wiz Khalifa, on the side of her left shoulder.

She apparently has no problem wearing her heart on her sleeve as all her loves are permanently inked there.
