This tattoo belongs to Tupac Shakur!

The photo of the ink appears on the back cover of his fourth studio album, 'All Eyez on Me,' released Feb. 13, 1996.

The LP brought three of the rapper's most notable hits: 'California Love (Remix),' 'How Do U Want It' and 'I Ain't Mad at Cha.'

'All Eyez on Me' is one of Tupac's final albums.

The "outlaw" tattoo more than likely refers to the group Outlawz, which Tupac started in 1995, after he was released from prison.

The group rolled deep, having 10 members. They eventually put out seven studio albums between 1999 and 2011 -- the last one titled 'Perfect Timing.'

Pac has a number of tattoos inscribed on his body, particularly his "thug life" tattoo -- often imitated but can never be duplicated.

Also, we can't help but look at the flashy wristwear on this album cover, which serves as a cool distraction from all his ink.
