The owner of this tattoo was like a brother to the late Nate Dogg. The two met in high school while growing up in Long Beach, Calif., and formed the group 213 with rapper Warren G, which eventually allowed them to launch their musical paths. From the jump, this rhymer established a respectable solo career for his debut, which sold one million copies during its release week in 1994. This year he announced a major name change in relation to his new found religion in Rastafarianism.
