This 25,000-square-foot mansion belongs to Will and Jada Pinkett Smith. The house was built from scratch on a ranch in the Santa Monica Mountains near Calabasas, Calif. The famous couple purchased it in 1997.

“We wanted to feel the love and labor that went into every piece of this place,” Will said to Architectural Digest. They enlisted the help of architect Stephen Samuelson to design the home and construction was finally completed in 2003.

The mansion has many ancient cultural influences from Persia, Morocco, Spain and the American Southwest. The couple lives there with their children, Willow, Jaden and Trey.
