Beyonce dazzled in a sparkling gown as she attended the screening of her HBO Documentary 'Life Is But a Dream' in New York Tuesday (Feb. 12). Jay-Z was by her side as well in support of his wife's new project.

The movie, which Queen Bey executive produced, documents the 16-time Grammy-winning artist as a businesswoman, singer, wife and mother. Much of the footage is shot from a first-person perspective as she opens up about her personal struggles and the challenges she faces of being in the spotlight.

Among the celebrities in attendance included Bey's immediate family, sister Solange and mother Tina Knowles, and her dear friend Oprah Winfrey. Other celebs like The-Dream, Angela Bassett, Questlove, Chris Rock, Russell Simmons and Luke James also came out to support Beyonce's documentary.

Winfrey was especially moved by Beyonce's video portrait. “People are going to be amazed," she told omg! INSIDER. "People are going to feel a connection to her that they didn’t feel before because she shows us how real she is."

"I think that documentary is a game-changer," she added.

After the premiere, Beyonce danced the night away at an after-party, which was deejayed by her sister Solange. The two divas were spotted bouncing to the groove of DJ Jubilee's 'Get It Ready.'

Beyonce's 'Life Is But a Dream' documentary premieres on HBO Feb. 16 at 9 p.m. ET.
