The claws are out as rappers Azealia Banks and Angel Haze go after each other on Twitter.

The beef seems to have stemmed over a tweet Banks made earlier today: "Seriously, if you were not born and raised in NY.... DON'T CLAIM NY. YOU ARE NOT A NEW YORKER."

Haze, originally from Detroit, apparently took offense and allegedly tweeted that she would physically attack Banks -- her post on the social networking site has been deleted. "WOW.... did angel haze just threaten to cut me because of a very general tweet i sent about non-new yorkers claiming NY?!," Banks wrote in response to Haze's threat.

Haze denies getting rid of her tweets. So did her record label, Universal Republic do it? "Lol, trust I didn't delete my tweets," the 21-year-old spitfire posted to Twitter. She then told Banks she would email her the threat directly after the 'Liquorice' rhymer stated Haze was "going to jail" as a result of her remarks.

The bashing went on to include each rapper taking jabs at the other's physical appearance, ability to rap and jealousy issues. Banks even accused Haze of having a crush on her.

Azealia Banks is no stranger to Twitter beefs. Last year, she threw several disses at female rapper Iggy Azalea and her mentor T.I. She was even tangled up in a war of words with fellow Harlemite Jim Jones. She released a diss track titled 'Succubi,' which took aim at his lyrical skill.

Can't we all just get along?
