Alicia Keys Celebrates 32nd Birthday in Madrid

Alicia Keys was on fire -- vocally -- as she rocked Madrid's 40 Principales Awards in Spain Thursday (Jan. 24) and celebrated her 32nd birthday at the same damn time.

The R&B singer's birthday is actually today (Jan. 25), but fans in Madrid surprised Keys by serenading her with 'Happy Birthday' during her performance. The 'New Day' songbird shared the joyous moment with her followers on her Tumblr page. "Awwww!!!! All These people just sang me happy birthday to help bring in my day!!!" she wrote. "Such a beautiful memory to have of Madrid!! Thank u thank u Spain!!"

Along with her birthday surprise, Keys also received the honorary trophy for Best Artist and Songwriter of the Last Decade. She was later joined by Latin superstar Alejandro Sanz onstage to perform their bilingual collaboration 'Looking for Paradise.'

And if that's not enough, her hubby Swizz Beatz, who was by her side in Madrid, also wished her a Happy Birthday. "Happy Bday to my Wife!" he tweeted. "A person who celebrates everybody, but hardly ever celebrates her self today is all yours." Awww, isn't that sweet.
