Rapper 50 Cent will have to dig deep in his pockets and come up with $5 million for Lavonia Leviston who is Rick Ross’ baby mama. The hip-hop toughie was ordered to pay that sum for uploading her sex tape to the Internet in 2009.

According to the NYPost's Page Six, the monetary judgment came down after a jury of four women and two men deliberated on the case in Manhattan Supreme Court in New York on Friday (July 10).

The jurors felt that Leviston suffered “severe emotional distress” after Fif parodied her sex tape in an ongoing feud with Rozay. They also believed that 50 violated her rights to privacy and benefited off the sex tape as it fueled traffic to his website, ThisIs50.com.

50 Cent has denied posting the tape online, despite it featuring him as “Pimpin Curly” narrating the video. But the G-Unit leader may have to pay more punitive damages to Ross’ baby mama.

Leviston’s attorney, Philip Freidin, is demanding that 50 appear in court next week with his state and federal tax returns so the jury can decide on punitive damages against him. Leviston's lawyer originally sought $20 million total in damages.

Attorneys for 50 Cent had no comment on the matter.
