50 Cent Plans Animated Show About His Childhood for Fox

50 Cent, born Curtis Jackson, has made some incredible business connections since his early days in the industry, when he gave advice on “how to rob.” These days, he’s deep in the Hollywood world, bringing the spirit of hip-hop with him with everything he touches.

Fox has recognized the marketability within that trait and is currently negotiating a possible animated pilot from the ‘Street King’ emcee. The project would loosely depict his childhood.

According to Deadline, the currently untitled project will “follow a mischievous but well-meaning boy who often tangles with his eccentric family and neighborhood.”

If the pilot is approved, it could be a major accomplishment for hip-hop on a major network. There’s no word on when the negotiations will be over but we’re sure Fif has many more creative ideas lined up.
