Whether you know her as Santogold or the more recent Santigold, there is no denying her talent. Kicking off her career with the release of 'Creator' and 'L.E.S. Artists' in 2008, she quickly grabbed people's attention for her unique sound and style -- a mix of rapping and singing paired with avant-garde get-ups.

Soon after, she released her self-titled debut as well as a mixtape, which received positive reviews from Pitchfork, Rolling Stone and the U.K.'s NME. In order to increase the hype, she joined many big names on tour including Kanye West, Jay-Z, Beastie Boys, M.I.A.and Coldplay.

Slowly becoming a household name, Santigold started collaborating with more artists like the Yeah Yeah Yeah's Karen O on 'Go!,' Lily Allen's 'Little Things,' Basement Jaxx's 'Saga' and 'Gifted' with West and Lykke Li. She is also featured on 'Hell,' a track on A$AP Rocky's 'Long.Live. A$AP.'

Her sophomore album, 'Master of My Make-Believe,' released in April 2012, and she has since been on the road promoting the record. Santigold also released 'Girls,' a standalone track that was featured on HBO's 'Girls' soundtrack.
